Teresa Zerilli-Edelglass, in her first writing effort has done an outstanding job in the telling of her story. What is surprising about it is that workplace discrimination is happening every day throughout America and is not a unique situation. Teresa states, "...I feel strongly that sharing it will prove beneficial to many." She has accomplished her goal through her book and, perhaps, inspire courage in others who may silently be suffering through similar circumstances. Thank you, Teresa, for opening my eyes.
